I've been meaning to do this for quite a while but something has always gotten in the way. In the 7+ years that NJ REO has been open the initial call I made to Compunite is without a doubt one of the best things I've done. You have always, and without exception, met my needs in a timely and professional manner. I have come to rely on you for all my computer needs, whether to upgrade hardware or deal with operational problems. You have NEVER steered me wrong and always looked out for our bottom line. I have probably dealt at one time or another with all your techs. and have ALWAYS found them to be courteous, professional and knowledgable. Thanks for all your help over the years.

Although the main task was to install a new memory chip, I had prepared a list of questions/problems and Mike addressed each one, explaining everything to me in language I could understand - not over my head or talking down to me. I am writing to thank you very much for sending your employee to the United Way office to correct what was wrong with the computer that was not working, and not charging the United Way for the service. It is very helpful since we are not raising enough funds and it is very difficult helping those in need. Needs continue to increase.
Being a one person office-- and computer not working is very frustrating.
