Steve - Just a quick note to let you know that I appreciate how quickly you respond and get me help on my server when I need it. I don't forget things like that.
Right now one of the big projects in our pipeline is a brand new site we're developing. It's a cutting-edge JSP site. Having the high level of tech support fm you and Drake, I never hesitate to tout my server uptime and support to my clients. This great support helps me help my client to never have to worry. Jim - I have been meaning to drop you a note. I want you to know that Eric provided me with excellent support at SHLLC when I was upgrading them to the current version of PC Law. The server had to be rebooted and I encountered a number of issues which was server and Citrix base. His cooperation and efficiency was a significant assistance to getting the job done. He was there to install a backup on Michelle mini-server but he made time to assist me because he understood it was important to SHLLC.

I just wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude to you and your incredible staff at Compunite. I spoke with Jim Sventy this afternoon and let him know how happy I was with your team’s performance. The engineering team led by Michael Sachs worked LIKE DOGS all day Friday in lousy conditions (no A/C), ran into, and solved problems that were not anticipated and got the system at about 95% by Friday at 6:00 pm. The only thing that kept them from completing their task on Friday was their inability to interface with our West Coast IT contractor. On Saturday morning at 7:12 am, I received an email from Michael indicating that the VPN tunnel was “up” and our email capability restored.
Amazing work! The efforts of your team and unyielding dedication to completing the task has sold me on Compunite. I will be contacting you towards the end of the week so that we may proceed on the Service Contract and system backup service.

Just wanted to say hi and tell you that the new guy (well new to us) Eric is a very nice guy. Good job.
And he can handle us :)

Mike just wrapped up his two days work.
I have to tell you this was the smoothest, most professional work we have ever experienced on our computers. Everything that was expected was accomplished with no fuss or frustration by my staff, and in the time window anticipated. Extremely polite and considerate of everyone’s need to get their work done, Mike was a pleasure to have in our office.
Mike is a real pro, with a remarkable competence level.
We will certainly be using Compunite for our network needs.

I was sceptical of my son's choice of computer companies three years ago after the many disastorious encounters we have had. Today you have gone far beyond proving yourself. I travel to Florida often and was there for an extended stay when my lap top went down. I contacted Pragnesh and related my story, Fedexed the unit to him on Tuesday and I had the unit back on Thursday.
