All open security issues are resolved/closed as evidenced by the below email. More importantly however, I wanted to send an email to you both regarding Mike Sachs and his invaluable help when it came to closing the security audit issues addressed by The Bank. Mike's thorough knowledge of issues at hand, his easy non-tech explanations to me of those issues and his cost effective, scalable remedies have made the completion of a difficult process manageable. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I don't often get that kind of diligence from my own staff much less someone else's! Mike held my hand through this process from the very beginning when I first received the questionnaire from The Bank and from that point forward I felt confident we could meet my client's requirements.

You have a real professional on your hands over there and the many clients he services for your company are truly receiving some of the best support there is. Thanks again for all the help and have a great day.

To Gene and everyone at Compunite, thank you for being such capable and caring people. I had a very difficult day as some of you know and I just want to say thank you for taking charge and getting my computer up and running again. I just wanted to say thank you. The installation of the updated Anti-virus software went very well and with very little interruption in our work flow. I just wanted you to know that your guy Jim has been great help in getting my site up and running. In the last week i've had six people want info on my stuff beause of my site.

Jim was on a three way conversation with Nuance to fix a problem that I had. He was wonderful; I could not have debugged the problem.

Steve, I just wanted to tell you that in all the confusion and frustration with Megapath and Verizon Brian did one hell of a job keeping on top of things and trying to coordinate everything. I know you were aware of my level of frustration but there is no doubt in my mind that the level of frustration would have been a lot higher were it not for Brian.

We had a situation over this weekend in which one of our partners permanently deleted a group of e-mail folders by accident. After looking at the backup tapes, (another consulting company) informed me that they could not restore the file without additional software to assist them. I posed the same question to Mike who came up with an alternate method.
I wanted to let you know that Mike was successful and that we give him strong "kudos" for his creative fix. MUCH appreciated!

Steve, I'm sure you already know this but I just want to tell you that it is a pleasure for me to work with Mike. We were moving Picillo, Caruso’s PC Law’s database to the new server. He makes my job much easier and enjoyable. In general, all of your staff are great to work with and I appreciate our relationship.

Compunite made our move to our new offices seamless. It was a pleasure to work with you. We will be using Compunite for all of our computer issues. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I just wanted to provide you with some feedback on the new Metavize EdgeGuard. It is working great as far as email is concerned. It has never made a misclassification error and called something spam which was not in fact spam.

Steve:   First off, I am very happy to date with the service that Compunite has provided us. I obviously would have preferred to give you the business for the firewall and new server, but my West Coast office was performing major upgrades there and lumped everything into a single purchase . . .
